The Glass Shop is not an ordinary museum shop. You'll find unique hand-blown vases, flowers, (animal) figures, jewelry & the famous GlazenHuis cones. By own design and lovingly made by our glassblowers, freelancers and international residents. And all in our own artisanal hotshop.
In addition to the Glass Shop, GlazenHuis exhibits its larger works of art for sale in the Gallery. This is located in the beautiful setting of the historic Huis Aerts. The gallery's exclusive works of art have been created by international 'artists in residence' who expressed their creativity in the GlazenHuis hotshop. This residency program has by now acquired a worldwide reputation. The gallery's offer can therefore be called unique, to say the least.
Attention! The art gallery of GlazenHuis is closed for renovations until the fall of 2026.
The Glass Shop is located in the tourist information office. Museum tickets for GlazenHuis are also sold here. The gallery is located in Huis Aerts, accessible through the tourist information office.
A specialized library is also located in the Glass Shop. The books and catalogs, offered in cooperation with Bibliotheek Lommel, can be consulted on site. Through the online catalog of the library you can consult which books are available in our library.
